Georgia Board of Pharmacy Extends Deadline Again On March 28, 2013, the Georgia Board of Pharmacy once again pushed back the deadline requiring all Schedule II prescriptions be written on approved security paper. The previous deadline of March 31, has now been extended to June 30, 2013. Non-approved paper may be used to write emergency prescriptions for not more than a 30 day supply. After June 30, all Schedule II prescriptions must be printed on approved security paper. Click on the link below to review the available paper styles approved by the Georgia Board of Pharmacy:
